Position: Site Manager
Location: Waterford
Salary: Competitive Salary on Offer

Our client, a leading Main Contractor in the Southeast, are now looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for projects in Waterford.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility for the project throughout the construction phase through to the handover.
  • Managing site team, subcontractors etc. and ensuring project is running to programme and budget.
  • Ordering materials to the site, coordinating deliveries.
  • Liaising with Senior Management, Client representatives, Quantity Surveyor on site etc and reporting on progress.
  • Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety, and environmental regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualifications or Trade, with previous experience as a Site Manager working on a range of construction projects.
  • A collaborative approach to managing and communicating with sub-contractors and on-site workforce.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project etc.
  • Have the ability to be able to effectively manage and motivate the workforce on site.
  • Irish/UK/EU Driver's license is a requirement for this role.
