A leading construction company, that specialises in groundwork and Formwork, are looking for a site manager for their small commercial new build project in the South East.
As a successful site manager you will:

    The site manager will be Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public. A site manager will be Supervising construction workers within formwork construction and ground works and overseeing subcontractors. A Site manager will be Conducting quality and Health & safety inspections. A Site manager will be Checking and preparing site reports. A Site manager will be Maintaining quality control checks. The Site manager will be running toolbox talks A successful site Manager will ensure delivery meets clients KPI's on time and within budget.

As a successful site manager you will have:

    Site manager will require a valid Black CSCS card and First Aid Certification Site manager will require previous experience in managing small commercial sites for a formwork or ground works contractor Site Manager will have experience in successful site management Site manager will be literate in Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.

Site manager will be paid £50,000- £60,000 per annum (based on experience) + Car allowance + Holiday + Package + Pension
