My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to start work between a few small housing projects. Role will be starting Mid February.

The company cover sites from Yarm, Shildon, Richmond & Tunstall, so will be expected to travel between areas.

This role offers the chance to go from temp-perm for the right candidate.

Duties

• Day to day management of site and operatives
• Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
• Liaising with site management

Requirements

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Own transport
• Previous experience working as a site manager and be able to provide references to validate this
• Proof of right to work documents
• Up to date CV
