Site Manager - REQUIRED!

Pay Rate: Between £250 and £260 per day (negotiable)

The Company:
The company are a building and construction contractor who predominantly work within the Housing industry. Currently they are on a couple of projects in Sheffield & Chesterfield, working on new-build housing.

The Opportunity:
Site Manager will be operating across both sites on a temporary basis, with the potential to go Permanent with the company afterwards. Candidates will be required to have a background in house building and management.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for a Site Manager who are happy to work with others and can operate within a fast paced building and construction site. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid
  • REQUIRED to have Building and Construction background (new build housing would be advantageous)
  • MUST have ability to get to sites in Sheffield & Chesterfield.
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK
