Job Title: Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse Fit Out
Location: Battersea, London
Duration: 4 Weeks
Start Date: Friday 24th November 2023
Pay: £250 - £260 per day
Rullion are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a 4-week Industrial Warehouse Fit Out Project in Battersea, London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the project.
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certification
- IPAF certification
- First Aid Training certification
- Proven experience as a Site Manager ideally in industrial warehouse fit-out projects but not essential
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project completion within the specified time-frame
- Oversee the health and safety of all personnel on site, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain effective communication
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved
- Provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project
- Implement and enforce site policies and procedures
Start Date: The selected candidate is expected to start on Friday 24th November.
Pay: £250 - £260 per day
