Location: Bexhill, East Sussex

Contract: Full time, Permanent



Responsibilities

As a Site Manager you'll be supporting the Site team on a new build healthcare facility.

Your day to day will include:

  • Reporting to the Project Manager and linking in with the wider team of Site Managers, Design managers and Quantity Surveyors Subcontractor & Supplier Management
  • Safety and Quality Management
  • Programme & Subcontract Management
  • Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated
  • Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you have:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Managers CSCS Card
  • Working towards a Professional Membership
  • NEC Contract Experience
