Location: Bexhill, East Sussex
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Responsibilities
As a Site Manager you'll be supporting the Site team on a new build healthcare facility.
Your day to day will include:
- Reporting to the Project Manager and linking in with the wider team of Site Managers, Design managers and Quantity Surveyors Subcontractor & Supplier Management
- Safety and Quality Management
- Programme & Subcontract Management
- Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated
- Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner
This role of Site Manager is great for you if you have:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Managers CSCS Card
- Working towards a Professional Membership
- NEC Contract Experience
