Experienced Site Manager with SMSTS & First Aid needed ASAP to work on a highrise apartments & housing site in Milton Keynes.
The Company:
The company are a building and construction contractor who specialise in a range of aspects within the construction industry.
The Opportunity:
Site Manager - will be based in Milton Keynes, on a freelance basis until March 2024. Candidates will be required to have a valid SMSTS & First Aid. The duties & responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:
Internals Site Manager
Internals site manager required on a large high rise accommodation block in Milton Keynes. Must have previous experience in multi room build and have done a substantial amount of internals previously.
Duties to include looking after the internals of the building, approx. 400 bed apartments.
The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for an experienced Site Manager who has a valid SMSTS & CSCS. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:
- MUST have SMSTS
- MUST have CSCS
- MUST have First Aid
- MUST have Multi Room experience
- MUST have ability to get to Milton Keynes
- MUST have working reference
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
Pay:
Freelance: Between £250 and £280 a day (negotiable)
