We're looking for a Site Manager to join Kier Build based in Wallington. Location: Wallington, Sutton

Contract: Full time, Permanent



Responsibilities

As a Site Manager you will be leading, managing, and developing a high performing team onsite, which will include junior managers, Banksmen and Labourers and our supply chain delivery partners. You will be responsible for the management of packages related to and delivery of the façade, roof and external works of a £22m SEN school with the support of an ASM reporting directly to the project manager.

· Reporting to the Project Manager and linking in with the wider team of Site Managers, Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors

· Responsible for the management and delivery of a package or area of works

· Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated
· Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner



Who are we looking for?

This role of a Site Manager is great for you if you have:

· Experience delivering schools, hospitals and commercial builds

· Experience with high value and fast paced construction packages

· Be able to competently manage tasks with little supervision

· Be able to be part of a large team and high contributor to the Project Delivery Success
