Site Manager

Location: Witham

Business Area: Kier Construction

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - Part time hours will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

  • As a Site Manager with our Midlands team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the surrounding areas.
  • You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
  • You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
  • You will also maintain project targets and ensure that all Kier's procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.
What do we need from you?

  • With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running.
