Site Manager Required - Sheffield - Temp to Perm Contract
We are currently looking to recruit a site manager for one of our clients, working on a construction and maintenance contract in Sheffield.
Our client are a property maintenance company, covering all areas of the maintenance sector and this contract is working on a social housing site in Sheffield. The work will consist of supervising trades and operatives with works including window and door repairs, kitchen and bathroom installations, roof repairs and other renovations, mainly on void properties as well as general managerial duties including reporting progress and managing progress of the site.
The successful candidate for this role will need to display good organisational skills and previous experience in a similar role.
SMSTS certification is required, as well as previous references.
Our client ideally want to take someone on in a temporary to permanent role for this position. Pay rate on offer is £42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
