Our client, and award winning construction company based in North East Lincolnshire is seeking to recruit an Experienced Site Manager to complement their existing successful team.

The position is temp to perm and so we are seeking someone who's long term goal is to obtain a permanent position.

Specialising in construction projects up to £3m in the Lincolnshire and extended East Yorkshire region, they have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including Aviation, Civil Engineering, Design & Build Works, Development Works, Education, Healthcare, New Build, Refurbishment Works, Retail, Maintenance Works, Marine Works and Rail.

Previous site management experience of new build and refurbishment projects is essential, ideally managing sites of a similar size and value. You are also expected to have a full driving licence as well as relevant qualifications and training certificates such as SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection etc.

The role is full-time (45 hours, 7.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday)
