We are looking for an experienced Site Manager in the West Midlands.

Hours: 7:30-16:30, temp to perm work paid on a day rate. 12 weeks temp with the opportunity to go perm.

Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen and bathroom contracts, ensuring timely and efficient project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for managing property services projects, collaborating closely with our skilled workforce and clients to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with our client's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and manage on-site teams, ensuring safe work practices and adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and budget, making necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to project activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the design and planning teams to ensure efficient project planning and resource allocation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve their best.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the kitchen, bathroom, or property services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
