JOB DESCRIPTION:
Site Manager required for a Social Housing company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on social housing contracts across Oldham & North West. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Site Manager to join the team.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing various trades & sub-contractors on planned maintenance projects on Social Housing
- RAMS & Safety Briefings
- Building relationships with customers on site
Requirements for the role
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Own Transport
- Scaffold Inspection (Desired but not essential)
On offer is a competitive day rate of £220p/day.
