We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our clients team in South Birmingham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work on high-profile decarbonisation, external cladding, and social housing projects.
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the smooth operation of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction sites from start to finish
Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, ordering materials, and coordinating subcontractors
Monitor project progress and report to senior management
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
Ensure quality control throughout the construction process
Key Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential
Proven experience in managing construction sites, preferably in decarbonisation, external cladding, or social housing
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
