Site Manager
A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their close-knit team.
The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout London, Surrey and the home counties.
They are a stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects - It's a day rate opportunity BUT with longevity in mind.
The Site Manager's Role
The successful Site manager will be on a £2million refurbishment in Hampstead - The basements been completed so it's on to the luxury refurbishment and fitout.
On a prime house in Hampstead and with an incredible build team behind you, you'll be responsible for delivering an extremely high quality refurbishment and fit out.
You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the project with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line in the director of the business, who remains hands on.
The Site Manager - Requirements
- High end residential experience £1 - £3 million budgets
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
- A valid driving license
- Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary
