- Oversee and manage all aspects of multi-unit residential construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, carry out quality control inspections, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, and senior management to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate site records, including health & safety documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-unit residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of housebuilding regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety compliance.
- Experience managing multiple plots and large residential developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence (travel across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire required).
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
