Job Title- Site Manager
Location- Leeds
Salary- £55,000-£65,000 DOE
Are you a site manager with a track record of delivering multi-million pound residential projects?
Are you looking for a role which will involve massive projects in the centre of Leeds?
We are proudly working with a highly successful construction and development company who have some really exciting ongoing and upcoming projects in Leeds.
Due to the increased workload of these projects, they are looking for a highly driven site manager to oversee a multi-million pound build to rent project, taking it from the start through to completion
As site manager, you will;
- Manage contract works on site and monitor the construction process throughout
- Attend progress meetings with key stakeholders
- Review and prepare construction programmes to support delivery and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure the highest level of health and safety is maintenance on site
- Supervise and develop site staff and maintain strong relationships with the site team, as well as clients and third parties
As site manager, it is required that you;
- Have a degree in construction management or equivalent
- MCIOB qualified
- Have experience with build to rent projects
- Have previously worked on multi-million pound projects
As site manager, you will receive;
- £55,000-£65,000 starting salary based on experience
