Salary: £25phr - 42.5 hours a week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Site Manager required for a new build housing company to oversee a development in Northwich.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing final plots and finishing/snagging works
- Toolbox talks and RAMS
- Managing sub-contractors and labour on site
- Order materials and liaising with contracts manager for progress updates
