Our client, a main contractor is currently undertaking a major redevelopment project consisting of the construction of two five-storey flat blocks and the redevelopment will provide 89 homes, offering 53 shared ownership plots and 36 market rent homes, all with parking spaces.

As a result they are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the project through to its conclusion at the end of November 2018.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record and who is able to demonstrate previous relevant experience.

Required Experience -
- Construction Site Management (ideally 5 years),
- SMSTS,
- CSCS,
- 5 day First Aid course certificate,
- Full valid UK driving licence.
