Our client, an SME contractor is currently undertaking a repairs and refurbishment project in Lincoln with full works to commence around 19th February 2018.
As a result they are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the project through to its conclusion over a duration of approximately 8-12 weeks. As the Site Manager you will be he main point of contact for all site matters and a liaison between site and company directors. We are seeking some who can control the site, manage subcontracts and liaise with local authorities, the public and reporting directly in to our clients Head Office. The successful candidate needs to be able to complete daily reports, i.e. dayworks, progress reports and record any additional work, organise subcontractors and ensure timescales are met. You will also be competent in all matters relating to Health and Safety requirements on site. We are also seeking someone with experience in civil engineering type projects and in particularly projects involving underpinning and replacement of external walls.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record and who is able to demonstrate previous relevant experience.
