Site Manager - Main Contractor - Central London
Position: Permanent
Salary: £40 000 - £60 000
I have a need for an experienced site manager with earthworks, RC frame and Secant piling experience to work on a new build £20 million site in central London. You will be working for a major main contractor and be one of two site managers on site reporting directly into the Project Manager. The site already has a strong site manager for the construction side but requires a a site manager for the first phase of the project.
The Successful candidate must have:
- Experience working on similar sized sites
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Have a background in Civil engineering or similar.
- Have a strong project history
- A background working in residential, school and leisure preferable
My client are willing to offer a basic salary of £40 000 - £60 000 plus benefits. You will be joining a leading main contractor boasting a strong portfolio of future contracts.
