Site Manager £19.17 paye for large Construction company Warwickshire area, 6 months contract
You will be a Site Manager required to work under a PM and along side another manager on a new build development of Bungalows and Flats.
You main purpose will be to manager the 1st fix stage of construction up to pre-plaster, when it will then be handed over to the second site manager. covering Mechanical, Electrical, Stud Partitions and Joinery.
You must be able to work to a program and give clear instructions to the sub-contracts.
You will also be expected to carryout site induction and hold progress meetings with the PM
You will have previous Site Manager experience and have experience of partnership arrangements
You must have up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and all relevant knowledge of health and safety legislation's.
You will have a professional attitude and approach to work and be financial and commercially aware.
You will have a full UK driving licence.
