Job Title: Site Manager
Sector: Bathroom Pods
Location: South West Base - National projects
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 + Van and Package
An award-winning UK based manufacturer is expanding their Site Management team due to record order levels and expansion with Tier 1 clients.
The ideal candidate will come from a bathroom and kitchen fitting background with a first rate understanding of plumbing and heating installations.
Overseeing the installation and connection of Bathroom Pods on a national scale for tier 1 contractors and large public authority clients, Site Managers can expect a split working week with 3 days on site and 2 days in the office each week - subject to operational schedules.
The Role:
- Ensure the efficient and timely installation of bathroom pods
- Manage relationships on site, ensuring the best interests of the company are protected at all times
- Keeping on top of 8-10 projects at anyone time from planning to installation and final phases
- Working closely with directly employed colleagues
- Weekly travel to sites around the UK - fully expensed
- Weekly attendance to head office in the South West
The Requirements:
- Background within plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installation
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid holder
- A professional manner with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
The Rewards:
- Starting salary of £30,000 - £36,000
