McGinley are looking for a Civils Site Manager to work on a 9 week project near Peterborough.

The work will include installing Armco Barriers, CCTV Units, and security barriers within a railway yard.

It will commence on the 1st of October.

THIS WORK IS OUTSIDE IR35.

Work Duties

  • Maintaining general site safety.
  • Staff compliance - ensuring staff sign in and out correctly, ensuring staff are signed on to the relevant RAMS/TBS etc, ensuring all staff wear correct PPE etc.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping on site.
  • Interface with contractors on site as and when required.
  • Reporting daily to management team.
  • Highlighting any on site issues.
  • Carrying out site inductions.
  • Completing daily site diary using the clients software (Person will be trained on this, its an app)

    • Experience and Qualifications

  • SMSTS
  • Previous similar experience.
  • Comfortable dealing with both the client and other contractors.
  • Good knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
