Site Manager - Cladding.

The Company
Specialist Cladding/ Facades company, who operate all over the UK, working directly or on the behalf of main contractors, supplying all variations of facade cladding to the construction industry and associate sectors, from housing, residential, retail, commercial, leisure, universities & schools.

The Role:
Acting as a principal contractor, this is a 52 week program of a re-cladding in North London (£5m project), you will be ensuring access requirements through scaffolding, ensuring works are properly installed and QA'd correctly, managing on-site contractors and working alongside a project manager,

Experience/ Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on Facade/ Cladding/ Curtain Wall projects
  • Managing large projects with scaffold access near public (highly beneficial)
  • Cladding projects experience
  • Principal contractor experience
  • Strong track-record of meticulous H&S/ QA recording.
  • Site Control, H&S, progress reporting
  • SMTS, CSCS, H&S certified
