Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £40,000 + car + laptop + phone
Location: South East

Timber Frame Manufacturer seeks a Contracts Manager with timber frame experience. This employer is currently undergoing a period of growth due to high demand in the market, this position as real potential to rise to a Senior Management level.
You will be involved throughout the construction life cycle of a timber frame project, from appointing and agreeing rates and contracts with subcontractors, through to managing the erection process and agreeing final accounts.
The projects in which you will be involved will include residential, mixed-use, education, retail and care homes, all timber frame systems. You will be working with erection companies, crane/lifting subcontractors, as well as liaising with your colleagues in Design and Manufacturing.
It is critical that you have experience of working with timber frame (or similar fast-track timber systems) and as the role is partly based in the office, you will need to be based in the South East (Kent/Sussex area).
In addition to the above, you will need to be in possession of some or all of the following:

:: IOSH Managing Safely
:: Lifting Operations Appointed Person
