Job Title: Site Manager
Location: South and South East
Sector: Natural Stone Facades
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance

  • Would enjoy a role a well-established contractor covering sites in the South and South East


A specialist contractor in architectural pre-cast cladding is seeking an experienced site manage on a permanently employed basis. This role is specifically suited to candidates who are looking for a long-term career choice.

Working across commercial, residential, education and retail projects you will be the go-to site-based manager.

The Role:

  • Day to day management & supervision of staff across multiple sites
  • Health & Safety Management
  • Scheduling & organising Works
  • Delivering works/projects on-time and budget
  • Any other duties reasonably requested
  • Controlling sub contract operations on quality and Health and Safety
  • Monitoring programme and progress and reporting to the Project Manager
  • Material control & take offs
  • Ordering Materials & Equipment
  • Providing as built records and photographs
  • Manage Quality
  • Control materials
  • Ensure that key programme dates are achieved on time
  • Maintain a daily site diary. This should include labour resources and operation details, plant allocations, deliveries, accidents and/or incidents, etc


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum fiuve years experience of site management
  • Experience within natural stone projects jhighly desireable
  • A stable career history showcase completed projects
  • SSSTS, CSCS as a minimum
  • SMSTS and First Aid are desireable


The Package:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus BH

  • Pension 3% at the moment but will rise to 5% in April next year
  • Profit related bonus
