Position: Site Manager - Facade
Location: Sweden (2-3 months)
Salary: Neg DOE
Elk are currently seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager for a contract role in Sweden. Our client is an Irish based company who specialise in internal fit out and modular construction.
Duties:
- Responsible for the day to day facade construction of the project.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with the Team.
- Reporting progress to Senior Management and recording progress against program deadlines.
- Work with the Site team and subcontractors to ensure deliveries are carried out on time.
- Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.
- Carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and facade.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 2-5 Years' experience working as a Junior or Senior Site Manager and have previous experience of managing the facade package on a project.
- Experience of working on medium or large commercial project.
- Motivated with a previous of track record of driving projects forward and working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to plan work.
- Experience of checking the quality of work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
