Freelance Site Manager - CAT A Fit Out
Location: Central London
Duration: 18-22 weeks
Start: On site in approximately 3 weeks
Rate: Competitive - Ltd Company or CIS
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a CAT A fit out project in Central London. This is a freelance position with a start date in around three weeks, running for 18-22 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all on-site operations to ensure smooth delivery
- Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and site inductions
- Ensuring all teams are working to programme and contract requirements
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects
- Predominant background in commercial fit out, CAT A & B
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site management
- Ability to work proactively and solve site issues efficiently
- Availability to start in approximately 3 weeks
