My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team due to successfully winning new projects.
They are a leading Fit out contractor in the industry and have been designing and delivering office Fit Outs for the last 40 years.
What does a Site Manager role entail?
- Project planning
- Health and safety Compliance
- Progress monitoring
- Cost control
- Generating project reports
- Coordinating the projects final inspections and completion
Requirements for the Site Manager role:
- Must have extensive Fit Out and Dry lining experience, working on project over 7 million
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
