Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Social Housing project.

The successful candidate will have experience in refurbishment within Social Housing/occupied properties and have an expertise in Kitchen/Bathrooms/Window and Door replacements.

The project is for 3 months and based in Gateshead.

Required Qualifications

  • SMSTS required
  • First Aid required
  • CSCS required
  • Valid UK Driving License required

  • Motivate & manage the site staff & labour
  • H&S Management
  • Site Inductions
  • Maintaining Site Records
  • Ensuring COVID-19 regulations are adhered to
