Site Manager Role:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our site in the Buckinghamshire region. We are currently working with a leading contractor who are looking to strengthen their construction team.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

  • You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount.
  • You'll be working on a brand new, New Build Care Home project
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from start to finish
  • Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring
  • Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing risks to minimise accidents and injuries
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications / Skills:
  • CSCS card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Have previous experience working on Care Home projects
  • Organised individual
  • Looking to progress within your career
