Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Business area: Kier Construction - Build Northern & Scotland
Contract: Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager working on the Passivhaus Project, you will be carrying and gathering photographic and other records of works associated with the elements of the building that the Passivhaus certification are dependent on i.e. the foundations, the envelope, and the MEP installation. You will help develop and monitor the quality inspection process requirements for the relevant elements.
What do we need from you?
It is essential you have previously worked in a Site Manager role or similar with an understanding of both building construction and ME, who can join the team and hit the ground running. An understanding and Passivhaus accreditation is desirable.
