We are looking to recruit a Premises Manager for a contract we hold with Lewisham Schools - In this exciting role you'll manage and deliver daily FM services to a school, its users, staff, students, parents and governors - whilst supervising our operational team and coordinating the provision of reactive and planned work across the building.
As an integral member of our team, you'll maintain excellent levels of service, interact with the school management teams, and improve our ability to respond and deal with faults and defects.
If you are a highly effective team manager, with sound technical expertise and ideally some FM experience within the secondary education service arena - this could be the role for you.
