The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential site management/project management within the construction industry, ideally with a trade background.
You will be supervising and overseeing the overall direction of one or multiple projects, ensuring the client specifications are met to a consistent high standard.
You must be articulate and have a passion to delivery high quality service and products. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving and growing company.
Job description: · Good working knowledge and understanding in high end residential construction projects. · Project management, including programme and budget management. · A keen eye to deliver a high-end finish. · A proven record of excellent project delivery · Strong organisational and team management skills. Coordinating and supervising workers. · Working from project designs, architectural and structural drawings. · Excellent communication and client liaison skills. · Ability to work well under pressure and foresee potential problems. · A great understanding of the high-end residential build process. · Previous experience in carpentry or bricklaying would be ideal. · Maintain standards of health, safety, and environmental management. · Valid driving licence.
