Project Manager / Site Manager
Location; Meath / Westmeath/ Dublin
Due to expansion, a new position of Site Manager / Project Manager has arisen with the Building Products/ Construction Industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise and proactively work with the Main Contractors project team.
Manage and implement safe systems of working.
Management of installation and working on projects.
Planning 3 week look ahead work programmes and reviewing the progress achieved.
Attending site meetings with Main Contractor.
Scheduling material deliveries in-line with work programmes.
Maintaining daily site records, labour, plant, quality, etc.
Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project Q.S. with duties as they arise.
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of heavy lifting.
Demonstrate an interest in your role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in precast not essential but would be distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will be qualified with a construction degree/diploma or a trade qualification, have worked in a similar role for 4 years and be able to demonstrate a full working knowledge of current site management practices.
