Location: Reading
Position: Permanent
Salary: £55 000 - £60 000
My client are a large residential developer that operate over London and the South East and are after an experienced Site Manager to take on a new site. My client are known for their operational effectiveness, and being a great environment to work. You will be the No 1 on site working under an assistant site manager and reporting directly into the Contract Manager.Since experiencing rapid growth in the area, there are requirements for senior site managers across a number of sites - for specific details do get in contact on the information provided at the bottom of this advert.
Please make sure that you have the following before applying;
* Previous experience working for a residential developer
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are minimum qualification requirements
* Be able to work effectively with little to no supervision
* have the ability to create and execute a programme plan
* have a strong portfolio of working for similar companies and completing projects on time.
My client are able to offer between £50 000 and £60 000 including an excellent benefits package which includes a car allowance.
