Job Brief
? Supporting key site selection assignments across Europe - initial focus Paris
? Negotiate with local authorities and real estate brokers
? Site selection, pre-application and full submission for new sites
? Collaborate with the development and construction team
Previous experience
? Experienced in commercial real estate transactions
? Knowledge of acquisitions and development in French speaking regions
? Background in land aquistions of data centre, industrail, commerical or similar
? University Degree
? Fluent French
