We're looking for Site Services Manager to join the Kier Places Facilities Management team based in Oldham, working on the Oldham Library contract. Within this role, you can enjoy access to our Kier SmartSpending App, a 24/7 GP Service, Life Assurance for four times your salary and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full time - hours to be discussed

Responsibilities

As a Site Services Manager, you'll be the point of contact for all Kier staff, Authority and Project co and working to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building.

Your day to day will include:

  • Liaising with Authority and Project Co's representatives to ensure all FM services are provided to the most stringent standards
  • Carry out basic monitoring of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • To monitor performance of sub-contractors to the Kier 5 basics.
  • Ordering of consumables in line with the budget.
  • You will also be on call and a key holder to the premises.

  • Have experience a coordinating or scheduling type role in a busy facilities management, customer focused environment
  • Proficient understanding in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
