I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to look after a proportion of a large void portfolio of works across Manchester and Stockport.
My client, a nationwide leading contractor, have been awarded a number of void properties from one of their existing clients. With such, they are going through a large recruitment drive to help them keep up with work demands and fulfil turnover times.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (SSSTS/SMSTS holder) with a strong Public Sector, Social Housing background. The successful candidate will be looking after a team of 8/10 operatives across all trades biases to ensure the jobs are completed on time. The successful candidate will sit alongside two other Site Supervisors already in post.
The work will be split between office which is based in Stockport and a mobile office set up in void properties on site.
Annual salary circa £36k + company car or car allowance + benefits.
