Job Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time/Ongoing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and trades
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress against programme schedules and report updates regularly
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
- Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
- Valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum)
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification
- First Aid Qualified
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
