Start Date: Monday 1st December
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage scheduling
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
- Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Gold CSCS Card (minimum) needed
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification needed
- First Aid Certificate
