Kier Local Highways is looking to recruit a Skilled Operative, who will report to the Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating within a gang, taking personal responsibility for H&S performance, overall quality of work and meeting productivity targets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with the customer in a professional manner at all times
  • General Site duties
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met at all times
  • Communicating with the ganger and other colleagues as required updating them on progress

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' industry experience
  • Holder of a CSCS / CPCS card
  • Holder of a Full UK Driver's Licence and be able to drive (advantageous)
  • Have reasonable written and numerical skills
