Our client is a leading training organisation and is currently looking for a Skills & Employability Coach. If you want to work in a friendly, progressive organisation which makes a positive difference, and are passionate, driven and enthusiastic with Engineering and Construction experience, then this could be an ideal role for you.
The role.
Utilising your enthusiasm and passion for the subject, you will plan, promote and deliver employer aware, employer experience and employer ready activities for all learners. You will set high student aspirations, and help to develop their basic skills and prepare them for their future within the Engineering and Construction industry. You will seek and develop effective relationships with local businesses to help ensure meaningful employer involvement in order to allow your learners to fulfil their potential.
Skills/Experience:
Ideally you will be subject specific qualified with a Assessor or Training qualifications, or have substantial experience within the Engineering and Construction field and have delivered an element of work based training. You will need to be a great team player and be engaging in order to get the best out of your learners and inspire them to reach their potential.
