Responsibilities:
  • Visiting client sites to validate BMS infrastructure and assess IT readiness for IoT deployments
  • Conducting RF and LoRaWAN surveys to optimise sensor placement
  • Installing and commissioning IoT devices, gateways and sensors
  • Managing devices and diagnostics on platforms like Loriot
  • Troubleshooting network and data transmission issues
  • Working closely with clients and project teams to deliver smooth rollouts
    • Experience Required:
  • Solid experience with BMS or controls systems in live building environments
  • Working knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, switches, firewalls etc.
  • Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet or related building protocols
  • Comfortable with site work, fault-finding and client interaction
  • Curious about IoT, cloud integration and modern wireless technologies
