SMSTS Site Manager- New Build Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in office new build projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based across the Midlands.

This site manager contract will be on a temp to perm basis.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• General site management duties
• Overseeing health and safety
• Completing RAMS and risk assessments
• Overseeing team of sub contractors and trades

Requirements for the role

• SMSTS
• New build housing experience
• Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
