Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of a high-profile commercial construction project. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the construction process, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the project aligns with the company's commitment to excellence in healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the £12 million commercial project in Dartmouth.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to address potential issues and challenges.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
