JOB DESCRIPTION:

SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based in Nuneaton. The site can be accessed by public transport, however own transport is preferred.

This site manager contract will be for 2 weeks on a cover basis, with hours being 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • General site management duties
  • Working on the tools, doing various carpentry tasks
  • Overseeing health and safety
  • Completing RAMS and risk assessments
  • Overseeing team of sub contractors and trades

Requirements for the role

  • SMSTS
  • Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment experience
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
