We are currently looking for a SMSTS site manager to run a conversion of a care home into residential apartments in the Banbury area. This will be a 26 Week contract starting on 26/7/21.

The ideal candidate will have experience apartment conversions and have a SMSTS Qualification,

Other requirements for the role are-

SMSTS

First Aid

Experience in commercial conversions

This position will be for 26 weeks and will be a number 1 site manager position.
