JOB DESCRIPTION:
SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in office fitout projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based across the Midlands.
This site manager contract will be on a temp to perm basis.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- General site management duties
- Overseeing health and safety
- Completing RAMS and risk assessments
- Overseeing team of sub contractors and trades
Requirements for the role
- SMSTS
- Office fitout experience
- Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
